What details are included in a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate?

A gas safety check must include at least the following essential details:

• Description and location of each appliance and/or flue inspected.
• Name, registration number, and signature of the engineer who performed the check.
• Date the appliance and/or flue was inspected.
• The property address where the appliance and/or flue is installed.
• Name and address of the landlord (or agent, if applicable).
• Any identified defects and the actions taken or required to address them.
• Confirmation of the results from operational safety checks on the appliances.
